Pearl Smith

Pearl Marie Smith, 88 of Woodbine Formerly of Granite, MD, died Sunday, March 25, 2007 at her son’s home in Woodbine. She was the spouse of the late Richard H. Smith. She was born February 5, 1919 in Baltimore , MD the daughter of the late Lawrence P. Smith and Emma Bertha Schmidt Smith. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker She was much loved by all of her extend family, had a great love for animals and enjoyed the outdoors. She was an Avid Baltimore Ravens Fan. Surviving her are Sons and Daughters-in-laws Richard and Nancy Smith of Marriottsville, Charles and Jacqueline Smith of Woodbine, Brother: Clayton Smith 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by sister: Selma Carling. and devoted friend Earl Sheppard. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday March 29, 2007 10 Am at Burrier-Queen Funeral and Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with the Rev. Arthur Monroe of Morgan Chapel UMC officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery , Woodlawn, MD The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday March 28, 2007 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM.
