Philip G. “Buck” Parks , age 94, of Westminster , died Wednesday October 10, 2007 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster . He was born March 8, 1913 in Baltimore , MD the son of the late Lee Parks and the late Eva Debaugh Hill. He was the husband of the late Loretta S. Morgan Parks. He was an avid Golfer and member of Wakefield Valley Golf Club. He was a salesman for Reliable Liquors. Father of Phyllis Bruce of Westminster. Grandfather of Jennifer Mathis and husband Charles of Westminster. Great grandfather of Tyler Foley, Nickolus Mathis and Samantha Mathis all of Westminster . Brother of the late Arthur Parks, Late Hazel Kelly and late Ruth Hamman. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Private Services.
