Richard Toskes

Richard Paul Toskes, 71, of Westminster, MD passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Carroll Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of Paula Toskes (nee McGinnis) for over 47 years.
Rick was born June 11, 1952, in Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Vincent Michael Toskes, Sr. and the late Dorothy Louise Toskes (nee Nollau).
He was a veteran of the United States National Guard. Rick was known for his great sense of humor and his wit. He loved going to the beach, classic cars, betting on the horses, playing the lottery, and watching cowboy shows and sports. But the thing he loved most was his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his two daughters Carole Clark and husband Thomas, and Kristen Isennock and husband Brian, grandchildren Katelyn Clark and companion Corey Cotter, Ryan Clark, and Colton and Connor Isennock. Also survived by his sister Mary Louise Cohen and husband David, numerous nieces and nephews, and his cherished friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother Vincent Michael Toskes, Jr.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 2-5 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School), with funeral services at 5 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
