He was born in Baltimore, MD on March 24, 1937 the son of the late William Leo Burch and the late Mary Ross Burch.
Husband of the late Barbara Lee Burch (nee Stubbs).
Devoted father of Kimberly and husband Jay Wallace, Robert Jr. and wife Lauren Burch,
Dear Brother of the late William Burch.
Loving Grandfather of Charlotte Phillips, John Robert and Jaime Lee Wallace, Riley and Lexi Burch.
He worked as an Agent for American Airlines; served in the US Airforce. And worked also for A & P and Giant Food stores.
