He was born April 5, 1935 in Owings Mills, Maryland the son of the late Paul Ruch and the late Louise Ruch (nee Brady).
He was a Tractor Technician for Security Ford Tractor Company.
Beloved Father of Robert J. Ruch, Jr. of Owings Mills, MD, Roxanne C. Stivers of Secretary, MD, and James V. Ruch of Westminster.
Dear Brother of William P. Ruch of Owings Mills and Charles Ruch of Taneytown.

Funeral Liturgy (MASS) will be held Friday May 30, 2003 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family R.C. Church, 9533 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133, with Fr. Andrew Mohl officiating
