Born October 20, 1932 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Lando Henry Sanders and late Lillian Gertrude (Magin) Sanders.
He was the owner of Sanders Distributing Company for over 40 years. Mr. Sanders was a US Army Veteran, and an avid sports and music fan.
Devoted father of Michael Sanders, Mark Sanders, Shelley and husband Richard McCoy, Kathleen and Danny Thomas. Dearest brother of Rita Stout and Delores Mullineaux. Loving grandfather of Kyle, Kurt, Karla, Brett, Chelsie, Nicole, Brian, Hallie and Peyton. Dear uncle of Joe, Scott, and Kim.
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, August 7, 2018 10 AM at Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s 501 St. Jude’s Place Memphis, TN 38105. Joe also request that everyone to go out and have a beverage of your choice in his honor.
