Robert Wild

Robert M. Wild, age 74, of Winfield, MD, died on Wed. March 8, 2006, at Carroll Hospital Center, Westminster, MD. He was born May 10, 1931 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Augustus Wild and the late Marie Wille Wild. He was the husband of Anita M. Wild (nee Simon). He was an Electrical Technician for Westinghouse Co. and MD Science Center. He was in the Army during the Korean War from 1951-1954. He was a member of St. Johns R.C. Church in Westminster. He was a member of the K of C. He was the father of Lawrence & Bernadette Wild, Richard Wild, Timothy and Lisa Wild, Virginia and David Hoffman and Thomas and Michelle Wild. Also survived by 9 grandchildren. Funeral Liturgy (MASS) will be held Thursday March 16, 2006 at 11:30 AM at St. Johns R.C. Church, 43 Monroe Street, Westminster, with Fr. Kevin Mueller officiating. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Tues. from 7-9 PM and Wed. from 2-4 & 7-9 PM with a rosary service Wed. 7:30 PM.
