He was born December 30, 1956, in Baltimore, MD. The son of the late Charles J. Ann Deegan, Jr.
He was the husband of the late Brenda L. Deegan (nee Caple).
Ronald was a supervisor for the Littlestown Foundry; and was a car enthusiast.
He is survived by his Daughter & son-in-law Abby & Doug Spooner of Georgetown DE. His grandson Eli Orellana. Also survived by his sister Judi Deegan Roach Labatto of TN.
Graveside services will be conducted at Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 1:30 PM at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens 2150 Mt. View Rd, Marriottsville, MD 21104.
