Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Fritz, age 51, of Westminster, MD , died Friday, August 13, 2010 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. He was born March 10, 1959 in Baltimore, MD the son of Dorothy L. Fritz (nee Walker) of Westminster and the late Roland “Sonny” L. Fritz, Sr. He was a mechanic for Carroll County Roads Department. He loved his Harley and time at his cabin in the mountains and enjoyed outside activities. He was a member of the Winfield Vol. Fire Company. He was the father of Dawn Elizabeth Fritz and Tina Marie Fritz. He was the grandfather of Desmond Dwight Smith. He was the brother of the late Roland “Butch” L. Fritz, Jr. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM with a Winfield Vol. Fire Co. Memorial Service at 7:30 PM. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 10:00AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA. Interment will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery, Westminster, MD.
