He was born December 4, 1943 in Woodbine, MD the son of the late Arthur Floyd and late Mary Ann (Tucker) Conaway.
He was a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Man at Bethesda Country Club. He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting and was an avid Beagle lover and was a member of the MD Beagle Club.
Surviving in addition to his wife are sons and their spouses Jeffrey (Shirle) Conaway of New Windsor and Gregory (Lisa) Conaway of Manchester. Dear brother of Floyd Conaway of Great Cacapon, WV, Virginia Ann Cage of Rising Sun, MD. Loving Grandfather of 6 grandchildren Greg Conaway, Jr. Michael Conaway, Melissa Pollard, Samantha Conaway, Gabriel Conaway, Dylan Conaway. Great-granddaughter McKenna Conaway
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 4, 2025 5 to 7 PM
