Ruthie received her angel wings on November 28, 2024. She was the wife of the late Steven K Smith who passed from this world on June 26, 2019.
Known as “Roo” to her family and close friends. Ruthie was the youngest of 4 children born December 18, 1947, to Theodore and Kate Martin. She was born and raised in Unionville Maryland, where she enjoyed a wonderful childhood. She was a lifelong member of Locust Grove Church of the Brethren.
