Ruth Lillian (Schissler) Triplett
On Saturday October 10, 2015 Ruth Lillian Triplett (nee Schissler) entered the kingdom of her Lord and Savior at the age of 95. For 64 years she was the devoted wife of Alva E. Triplett, who passed away October 8, 2004. She was the loving mother of Phyllis Linz and her husband Douglas, Joyce Clark and her husband Larry. She delighted in her grandchildren Scott and Jenny Adcock, Julie Linz and Nathan Maxwell, Patrick Linz and John Haines, and Kelli Clark. Her great-grandsons Paul and Jonathan Adcock filled her heart with joy and love.
She was a lifetime member of Temple Baptist Church in Woodlawn and was active in her church community. Ruth moved to Eldersburg in 1999 to be closer to her children. After her husband passed away, she prided herself on being independent. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, socializing with friends, and cooking Sunday dinners for her family.
