She was born on June 30, 1914 in Falston, MD the daughter of the late E. Wilson Harkins and late Clara Shepard.
She was retired from A&P grocery store where she did accounting work.
Dearest Sister of the late Lourenna Oosterling and will be remembered by special friends Mr. Terry Lee Faggio and Mrs. Virginia Faggio.
Miss Harkins is a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church in Bel Air, MD.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday November 22, 2003 10:00 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME 1212 W. OLD LIBERTY RD. WINFIELD, MD with the Rev. Curtis Ehrgott of Mt. Tabor U.M. Church officiating.
Interment will be in Deer Creek Cemetery, Forest Hills, MD
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday November 21, 2003 from 4 to 9PM.
