Mrs. Klipp was born May 24, 1924 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late David Irvin Meekins and Hilda (Hicky) Meekins
She was a Bank Manager for Randallstown Bank/Bank of America. She enjoyed bowling.
Devoted mother of Deborah Klipp Tucker and husband Albert, Charles Eric Klipp and wife Kathleen.
Dear sister of the late Phillip Meekins and late June Ford.
Loving grandmother of Jesse, Laura, Sarah, Rachel, Rusty, Lilli, Marlin and Dillon. Dearest great-grandmother of Karter, Leilani, Lucy and S.J.
