Sidney Mae Shifflett (nee Zepp), age 51, of Union Bridge , died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at her home. She was born June 12, 1955 in Sykesville , MD the daughter of Elza Mae Zepp of Sykesville and the late Milton Leroy Zepp. She was a Bookkeeper for Hankey’s Radio, Inc. in Frederick . She was the wife of Harvey Lee Shifflett of Union Bridge . She was the mother of David L. Phelps and wife Tracy M. of Union Bridge. She was the sister of Gail Wight of Gamber.
