Stephen Haugh

Mr. Stephen Alan Haugh, 54 of Westminster, MD, died November 2, 2009 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born in Frederick MD on September 7, 1955 he was the son of the late Ernest N. and Margaret E. (Hutchins) Haugh. He is predeceased by his wife of 18 years Leland Amber (Powell) Haugh. Surviving him is brother David Lee Haugh and his wife Donna of Mt. Airy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was a devoted nurse working at Carroll Hospital Center, leaving for a few years to devote his skills to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Most recently he was employed with Carroll Hospice. Steve was a former member of Lisbon and Mt. Airy Volunteer Fire Companies. He was an avid NASCAR and Baltimore Ravens Fan. Funeral Services will be held Friday November 6, 2009 10:00 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with Chaplain David Bare of Carroll Hospice officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Mt. Airy, MD.
