Steven Ray Brown, age 67, of Westminster, died Saturday, December 31, 2016 at his home.
He was born September 17, 1949 in Orange, Virginia, the son of the late Elmer James Brown and the late Florence Compton Brown.
He was the husband of Lois C. (Sue) Brown (nee Bales).
He served in the US Marines. He was a purchasing Agent for National Institute of Health for 22 years. He enjoyed Country Music.
Surviving are daughter Stephanie Brooks and husband Bruce of Westminster, MD, Step daughter Deborah Gruntman of North Port, Florida, brother of Joyce Killett and husband Jerry, Ginger Brown, Doug Brown and wife Trudy, Kathy Dove and husband Dennis, and Terry Clegg; grandchildren Mia and Max Brooks and Summer and David Gruntman; niece Rhonda Williams, nephews Ralph Sparrow and wife Sue, Johnny and Shawn Baker and Tim Brown.
