She was born January 7, 1958 in Washington , DC , the daughter of the late John William Collins and late Ella Collins both of Woodbine. Airy ; 2 Sisters: Tina Joyce of Westminster , MD and Pat Fitze of Mt. Airy , MD ; 1 Brother: Allan Collins of Mt. Airy , MD.
