Thomas E. Fallon Sr. passed away on February 10, 2012 after a brief illness. Tom was born on August 7, 1932, the son of Louis and Francis (Simonson) Fallon. He was a graduate of Calvert Hall High School, class of 1950. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Naval Reserve for 12 years. After a distinguished and honored career, Tom retired from the Baltimore City Fire Department. After his retirement, Tom worked for the Carroll County Sherrff's Department where he continued to serve the community for more than twenty years. He also served as President of the Maiden Choice Village Association and the Arbutus Sailorettes Majorette Corps. Tom leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years, Joan C. Fallon, his children, Carole & husband Chuck, Teresa & husband Randy, Thomas Jr. & wife Belinda. Grandchildren Randy Jr., Allison & husband Toby, Sarah, Melanie and Thomas III, great grandson Nicholas Patrick and many nieces and nephews . He was preceeded in death by brothers Bernard and James. Tom was best know for his love of his family, his sense of humor and playing practical jokes. A celebration of Tom's life will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 4416 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, Md. 21229. Burial will be private at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville, Md. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to have a cookout with your family and take a friend to lunch.
