Timothy Paul Kelly, age 63 of Kensington, MD died Sunday, June 2, 2024, at home in Westminster, MD.
He was born January 12, 1961, in Washington, DC.
Tim is survived by his mother, Jeanne Kelly of Mt. Airy, MD and siblings: Patrick Kelly (Maureen), Cape Cod, MA; John Kelly (Darlene), Glenwood, MD; Terri Barto, Millville, DE; James Kelly (Laurel), Lutherville, MD; Tom Kelly (Anne), Frederick, MD; Richard Kelly (Julie), Bowie, MD; Mike Kelly (Kathy), Lewes, DE; and Missy Donovan (Steve), Ocean View, DE. Along with many nieces and nephews and a great uncle too many.
Tim was predeceased by his father, Jack Kelly, and his sister Kathleen Adams.
Tim is also survived by his amazing ARC Family. Tim lived with his best friend Keith at a group home and was looked after by many wonderful caregivers. The home was run by the ARC of Carroll County and Tim was an active member of the ARC Day Program in Westminster, MD.
Tim loved his country music, being at the beach, playing in the sand, playing putt-putt, shooting basketballs, and playing pool. He also loved watching his favorite superheroes – Batman, Incredible Hulk and Spiderman. Tim’s passion, though, was watching professional WWE wrestling with Hulk Hogan and other wrestlers. But Tim’s favorite time was spent with his mom, brothers, and sisters.
A mass will be held for Tim at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Libertytown, Maryland on Tuesday, June 11 at 9am. All are welcome to attend. The Interment will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held later.
