She was born January 20, 1974 in Silver Spring, MD the daughter of Larry M. Burriss, Sr. of Woodbine and Juanita (Johnson) Reed of Gaithersburg.
Tobi was a creative, vibrant and social person who had a flair for design and was great with children.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her children Karli Nisula, Koltin Boyer and Kayden Wenner. Brothers Michael Burriss and Jonathan McCarroll.
