Mrs. Vickie Lynn Linton (nee Wright), age 43, of Woodbine, died Wednesday, February 21, 2007, at her home. She was born April 13, 1963 in Westminster , MD the daughter of Thomas C. Wright Jr., Knoxville , MD and Eleanor I. Myers (nee Treasler) of Mt. Airy , MD. She was the loving wife of David “Woody” Linton, Jr. She was a graduate of South Carroll High School An active member of American Legion Gold Star Post 191 Women’s Auxiliary where she was the treasurer of that group for several years. In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by a sister Marsha Diane Smith of Fairfield , PA. Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 26, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA. 1212 W. Old Liberty Road , Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) with the Pastor Kim Gee of Winfield Bible Church in Woodbine officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery , Bethel Road & Woodbine Road. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
