She was the spouse of Jack L. Fulmer of Westminster.
Mrs. Fulmer was born May 1, 1935 in Bristol, TN the Daughter of the late Emmett and late Leva Leona (Lundy) Hawkins.
She was a Homemaker loved to paint, crochet and play piano. Mrs. Fulmer was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are Daughters and Son-in-law Linda and Travis Simpson of OK, Jenny Dull of Hampstead, Lechel Weaver of PA and Son and Daughter- in-law Jack “Stephen” and Donna Fulmer of Elkridge, 3 Sisters, 8 Grandchildren, Michael, Tina, Ronnie, Sarah, Jennifer, Joshua, Melissa and Timothy and 7 Great-grandchildren
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday November 30, 2013 11 AM at Calvary Baptist Church, 3200 Ridge Rd. Westminster, MD 21157 with Entombment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD. The Family will receive friends on Friday November 29, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM at BURREIR-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784.
