William “Bill” Thomas Cox, Sr, 92 of Westminster, MD passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at Brightview assisted living.
He was the husband of the late Betty Lee Cox (nee Dailey).
Bill was born August 2, 1929, in Pikesville, MD the son of the late T. Newell Cox and the late Dorothy F. Cox (nee Graham)
He was the father of Carol Rose & husband Dan, William Cox, Jr. and wife Cindy, and Kathy & Mike Belcher. Grandfather of Carrie, Nathan, Chris C. & wife Victoria, Chris B., Joshua and wife Rachel, Miranda & husband Dom, and Michael & wife Megan. Great-grandfather of Ethan, Charis, Ilana, Charlotte, Tova, Malachi, Cooper, Brooks, and Norah.
He was preceded in death by his 3 siblings Dorothy, Newell and Graham.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784. (Beside South Carroll High School)
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Liberty PCA 11301 Liberty Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. The service will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNoEi4yqtB4.
Interment will be private.
