William Kenneth “Kenny” Layton, Jr., age 77, of Westminster, died Friday, February 6, 2015 at his home.
He was born July 10, 1937 in Damascus, MD the son of the late William Kenneth Layton, Sr. and the late Annie Loree Watkins Layton.
He was the husband of Emma Marie Wagner Layton.
He was a farmer and a welder fabricator at Bob’s Welding. He loved his cats, hunting and enjoyed auctions.
Also survived by son Robert Layton of Westminster and Daughter and son-in-law Linda Layton and Rick Rebert of Westminster; grandchildren- Deanna Leister of North Dakota, Amanda Leister of West Virginia, David, Danielle, and Arin Leister of Westminster and Samantha Layton of Westminster.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-9 PM; where Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Arthur Monroe officiating.
Interment Taylorsville U.M. Church Cemetery, Taylorsville, MD.
