William Teague

William A. Teague, age 82, of Mt. Airy, died Monday, May 7, 2012 at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, MD. He was born December 3, 1929 in Sylvia, North Carolina, the son of the late William Charlie Teague and the late Clyda Ammons Teague. He was the husband of Geraldine E. Collins Teague. He was an Underground utility superintendent for Allegheny Company. He was a member of Calvary U.M. Church in Mt. Airy. He was a member of Mt. Airy Prudence Lodge #190 AF & AM. He was a dedicated family man. He was the father of Belinda K. Teague-Levy and husband Gary of Frederick, Wilma F. Colburn and husband Bill of Mt. Airy, William B. Teague and wife Eileen of Huntingtown, MD, Melody J. Gray and husband Warren of Knoxville, MD, Warren G. Teague and wife Cecilia of Myersville, MD, Russell M. Teague and wife Jackie of Knoxville, MD. Brother of Ruby J. Condon of Sykesville. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Thursday From 3-5 & 7-9 PM, with a Mt. Airy Prudence Lodge #190 AF & AM service 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, with Rev. Dennis Yocum of Calvary U.M. Church in Mt. Airy officiating. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Mt. Airy, MD.
