Wilma Butts Fogler, age 77, of Finksburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD; surrounded by her family.
Wilma was born July 12, 1946, in Westernport, Maryland, the daughter of the late Wilbur T. Butts, and the late Edith Furman (nee Marsh).
Survived by her son Scott Fogler of Westminster and her loving husband James (Jim) Fogler, Jr.
Loving Grandmother of Kayci Sell and husband Bradley, and Makenzie Thompson and husband Brandon; loving great grandmother of Collin Sell.; dear sister of Debra Furman, and the late Delores A. Hemler, and the late Lloyd T. Butts.
Wilma graduated from Franklin High School in 1964; she retired from Social Security Administration after 35 years of service, she worked at Fairgrounds, and other events; cooking food and funnel cakes; worked in Restoration business, enjoyed gardening, her chickens; eating crabs, (Onion Rings)-Beer, traveling, Country Music and working around her home.

Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School) on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM; at which time Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home, with Pastor Jean Lee of Deer Park U.M. Church officiating.
Interment to follow at Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD.
