To the owners of Burrier funeral home:

I am a neighbor of the family who just had to bury their young daughter. I just wanted to take a moment and give a special thank you to your staff, in particular the gentleman Chris who came all the way out here yesterday.

I unfortunately have had to attend all too many funerals in my lifetime, and in all of my experience I must say that your staff and services were supreme. I have never seen a staff be so attentive to every person who walked through your door on Saturday. Additionally, I wanted to especially thank Chris who came out here yesterday. It was below freezing and windy, and he was kind enough to take off his jacket and offer it to one of the older ladies, and he also handed out flowers to the family members. I took notice and I also overheard others who noticed.

I worked for many years in a field where I often worked alone and felt like I did not get credit for half of what I did. I couldn't help but feel that your staff might feel the same as they work alone and seem to go far above and beyond what is expected of a funeral staff. Your staff left quite an impression and I'm sure the family will be appreciative when they reflect after their time of healing.
